    Goodbye Silkscreen machine…

    By Russ | May 18, 2009

I had a short passionate affair with silkscreening. It was a natural evolution from when I was working as a graphic designer. I’d always have brilliant ideas that I wanted to turn into t-shirts that I just knew would be my path to millions.

I had fun. The millions never appeared : ) But in the process, I learned a lot about silkscreening and amassed enough stuff to make a few very limited edition shirts for some friends. Today, I got rid of the whole lot of it and gave it to my friend Travis, a really talented graphic designer and bike enthusiast. I have no doubt he’ll make good use of it.

However, before I could leave it all behind emotionally, there was the not so small task of getting it to him physically. Luckily, everything fit when I used both the trailer and the cargo bike!
